Cassidy has been a licensed massage therapist for more than 10 years, combining advanced clinical training with a genuine passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. Her journey into massage therapy began after a college softball career was unexpectedly cut short by a knee injury. Having grown up with a mother who was a physical therapist, Cassidy was no stranger to injury rehabilitation and experienced firsthand the importance of skilled therapeutic care throughout her own athletic recovery.
Inspired by those experiences, Cassidy enrolled at the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento, where she completed the Core Massage Therapy Program before returning to earn an additional 500 hours in the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. There, she developed expertise in specialized techniques including trigger point therapy, intraoral therapy for TMJ dysfunction, and advanced stretching methods designed to restore mobility and relieve chronic muscle tension.
Committed to providing the highest level of care, Cassidy has continued her education with advanced certifications in cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She believes that effective massage therapy is about more than temporary relaxation—it’s about identifying the source of pain, improving movement, and helping patients achieve lasting results.
Whether working with athletes recovering from injury, patients managing chronic pain, or individuals simply looking to move more comfortably, Cassidy is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that help each person feel their best and enjoy a healthier, more active life.
